Terms of Service

This text describes how the service works today. The owner reviews it with a lawyer before launch, and this notice is removed once that is done.

These terms cover buying digital 3D assets from MEDTIVE_STUDIO. By creating an account or buying an asset you agree to them.

Your account

• You must give a working email address and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think it was accessed without your permission, change your password and contact us.
• One account per person. Do not share account access.

Buying an asset

• Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and include what the page states.
• Payment is handled by Midtrans. An order is only complete once the payment is confirmed.
• Files are delivered as a download in your account once payment is confirmed. You can download each file a limited number of times per day.

Licence

Each product states the licence it is sold under, and that licence text is shown on the product page and included with your order. The licence tells you what you may do with the files. You may not resell or redistribute the source files unless the licence says you can.

Refunds

Because the assets are digital and delivered immediately, refunds follow the refund policy. If a file is broken or you were charged twice, contact us and we will put it right.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the store to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access data that is not yours.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
